2023 Q1 Tech Recap

Looking back at where we were last year in Q1 versus what we accomplished this year, we can’t be more excited with the progress we’ve made to help make agents’ lives easier.

Here are some of our highlights of the past three months:

Launched our first wholesaler payments solution

We partnered with Pathpoint, a modern commercial E&S wholesaler, to provide their agents the ability to direct bill or agency their bill their policies - an industry first for wholesalers.

By powering all their backend payment rails, not only do agents have the flexibility to choose what is best for their agencies, but Pathpoint can meet the needs of their agents, leading to more appointments and increased revenue - all without having to grow back office overhead.

AMS360 Integration

We launched our integration with Vertafore’s AMS360. With this integration, we make it even easier for agents to connect their tools to make their lives even easier. Agents can generate checkout links and receieve payment status updates all within AMS360.

Additional Functionality

We know every day is different in insurance, so we want to make it as easy as possible for you to manage your clients via our dashboard. To do this we added:

  • Ability to update payment method for active policies
  • Added an account manager role to policies so its easier for your team to recieve relevant payment updates to better collaborate between producer and account manager
  • Easier process to add your wholesalers / carriers to ensure funding goes to the the right insurance company
  • and many more UI improvements..
